Lotte Mikkelsen is a Laughter Yoga expert who has been running her own Laughter Yoga business since the early 2000's while living in Denmark. She then brought the practice to the UK offering bespoke and effective Laughter Yoga workshops to businesses and teams across the country. In this episode, Lotte explains how Laughter Yoga can reduce stress, boost the immune system, and trigger the release of feel-good neurotransmitters like endorphins, serotonin, and oxytocin. Lottie also shares inspiring case studies of how Laughter Yoga has transformed people's lives, helping them through major life challenges and changes.
